The General Committee is the main standing committee of General Practice Airways Group that is responsible for advising on, developing and implementing the activities of the charity. The Committee consists of 8 elected members, at least 5 of whom must be GPs and up to 4 co-opted members. All members of the Committee must be members of GPIAG.
The General Committee has four sub-committees; Education, Research, Conference and Primary Care Nurse Committees. It is supported by a secretariat function, policy consultant and chief executive.
